Omsk carries out foreign trade operations with partners from more than 90 countries: Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, China, Hungary, USA, Canada, Poland, Slovakia, Germany etc.

Omsk has sister-cities, partners’ and friendly relations with 17 foreign cities: Puchov (Slovak Republic), Petropavlovsk and Pavlodar (Republic of Kazakhstan), Jinju (Republic of Korea), Karlovy Vary (Czech Republic), Kaifeng, Fuzhou, Manzhouli, Urumqi (People’s Republic of China), Minsk, Gomel and Mogilev (Republic of Belarus), Antalya (Turkey), Burgas (Bulgaria), Barleben, district Börde (Germany), Tivat (Montenegro) and with such Russian cities as Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk, Ulan-Ude, Bryansk, Penza, Gorno-Altaisk, Stavropol, Simferopol, Angarsk, Bratsk, Surgut, Nizhnevartovsk. Business, scientific and cultural experience exchange is performed thanks to these relations.
